MGMT 4510 - Unions and Collective Bargaining

(Same as ECON 4510.) Prerequisite: Junior standing. The decision-making processes in the industrial relations system and their impact upon the American economy. Particular emphasis on collective bargaining, contract administration, and impasse procedures both in the public and private sectors.
