BLAW 4450 - Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection

Prerequisite: Junior standing. Examines and evaluates the law and ethics of unfair and deceptive trade practices, consumer protection, and intellectual property, including antitrust law, misleading advertising, and other marketing practices.
