NFS 4220 - Food Systems Management

3 credit hours
Prerequisites: NFS 3200  and HSC 4430 . Corequisite: NFS 4221 . Principles and production of quantity foods. Emphasis on menu planning and evaluation, production planning, quality control, facilities and equipment, safety, and sanitation. Five hours per week.
