(Same as FIN 4470.) Prerequisite: Junior standing. Legal rights and limitations of ownership of property, estates, titles, methods of transferring titles, abstract of titles, mortgages, leases, easements, restrictions on the use of property, real estate development and planning, application of contract law to real property, and the administration of wills.
