CJA 3911 - Introduction to Homeland Security

Prerequisite: Junior or senior standing. Examines the history, foundation, and extent of the scope (disasters, border, maritime, cyber, space, terrorism). Discusses policies, legal considerations for training, and social and ethical issues regarding intelligence collection and program implementation. Integrates All-Hazards Homeland Security with the National Response Framework.
