Examines human sciences from a global perspective and specifically as it pertains to students majoring in Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) with the Dietetics concentration. Identifies skills for success in developing and managing a career. Topics such as resume writing, interviewing, networking, career-life planning, ethics, mentoring, precepting, healthcare delivery systems, and coding and billing addressed.
