CMT 4130 - Construction Administration3 credit hours Prerequisites: Senior standing; ACTG 3000 or ACTG 2110 and ACTG 2120 An interdisciplinary course that introduces students to the administrative aspects of project and organization management in construction. Students examine cases and practical scenarios to develop skills in managing the construction process, project accounting, leadership, team management, communication, negotiating, conflict resolution, and risk management.
