FERM 3900 - Sensory Analysis of Beer

3 credit hours
Prerequisites: FERM 1000  and FERM 3700 . Introduces and explores beer leading to Level 1 Cicerone testing. Focuses on the sensory properties and identification of beer via aroma and taste evaluation.
