POUL 3600 - Poultry Evaluation3 credit hours
Prerequisite: Junior or senior classification or approval of instructor. Training in selection standards for meat and egg strains of live poultry; grading standards for table eggs and poultry carcasses, parts, and further processed products. Lecture and lab activities.
