Prerequisite: MKT 3820 . Direct marketing and its strategic use in the development of an integrated marketing communications plan. Topics include traditional direct marketing techniques such as direct mail, broadcast and print media, and telemarketing; Web-based marketing; and technology’s impact on direct marketing communications techniques.
