The College of Behavioral and Health Sciences is the newest college at Middle Tennessee State University. The college was created to focus on preparing research-based service providers through its five departments and one school. The college enhances academic quality through faculty involving students in learning activities to meet civic needs while simultaneously achieving course objectives. Service founded upon research is an over-arching commonality and unifying thread among the units in the college. All academic units within the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences offer a variety of programs that seek to prepare graduates to be competitive in the respective discipline-related professions.
